1. How do I place an order?
Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.

3. What are your shipping times?

4. How much does shipping cost?

5. Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we only offer standard shipping to ensure the most affordable rates for our customers. (FREE SHIPPING)
6. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible after your order has been processed.
7. Where can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime using your tracking number on our “Track Your Order” page.
8. My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers typically become active within 2–5 days. If it still doesn’t update after that, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
10. How do I start a return?

11. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
12. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are usually issued within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
13. Are your products high quality?
Absolutely. Every item in our store is hand-selected to meet our standards for durability, functionality, and design. If it’s not something we’d use ourselves—we won’t sell it.
14. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
